Refund Policy

Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid enrollments in Automated Data Lab programs confirmed by invoice or written agreement. Informational prices on this website are not charges until enrollment is confirmed offline.

Refund eligibility

You may request a full refund if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled cohort start and you have not received downloadable course packs beyond orientation materials. After that window, partial refunds may apply as described below.

Timeframe for requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment for unused seats, or within 7 days after the first live session if you withdraw for documented medical or employer-mandated reasons.

Full or partial refund conditions

Full refund: cancellation ≥14 days before start, or cohort cancellation by Automated Data Lab.

Partial refund (50% of tuition): withdrawal after orientation but before Module 3 begins, when materials beyond Module 1 have not been fully accessed.

No tuition refund: withdrawal after Module 3 begins, or after private Audit Command facilitation days have been delivered.

Non-refundable items

Third-party venue fees, custom translation rush fees, and completed private facilitation days are non-refundable. Seat transfers to a colleague in the same organization may be allowed once without fee if requested before Module 1.

Refund process

Email contact@automateddatalab.digital with your invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days and outline the amount.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer in KRW for Korea-based payers. Currency conversion differences on international cards are outside our control.

Cancellation by Automated Data Lab

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later intake at no additional tuition.

Exceptions

Statutory cooling-off rights that apply under Korean consumer law are not limited by this policy. Force majeure events may delay delivery; in those cases we offer reschedule options before refunds.
